Kia ora koutou,
I am Cindy Nielsen and I am delighted to be a part of the team at Te Rōhutu Whio. I am originally from Invercargill where I have lived for most of my life. I have been a teacher for over 20 years, and have been in school leadership teams for the last 11 years. I am passionate about ensuring that all of our students can feel belonging, enjoyment and success in their education journeys.
In my spare time I love to travel both overseas (when we can!) and around Aotearoa. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and I love to curl up in a sunny spot with a good book and my cat Cleo.
