Brent Craig

Kia ora koutou e te whānau, Ko Craig tōku ingoa whānau, Ko Brent tōku ingoa.

I originally come from Te Whanganui a Tara and whakapapa back to the Waikato with Otāutahi being home now for the past 16 years. I have been fortunate enough to have travelled to a number of countries around the globe but always find Aotearoa the best country to return to. I have a teenage son who I have shared custody of attending Cashmere High School who I am extremely proud of. I have an expensive passion for for classic cars, hot rods and motorcycles and have built a number of cars in the garage over the past 12 years and am currently in my final build of a 1932, 5 window Ford coupe. I am also helping my son with his 1985 VK Commodore as his first  project. I have been lucky enough to have learnt many skills through different occupations in my life’s journey. I have been able to use many of  these skills in my teaching career and still like to keep learning even now, something I hope to pass on to my students. I am so excited to be a part of Te Rōhutu Whio whanāu, the new challenge ahead and meeting with you all in 2022.
